This community will call for people around the world who want to become “active agents of change “for a better future. One of the main ideas will be to integrate local communities, adding their local/historical culture of an integrated way of living with the environment, as a way to enrich and expand the community’s core values.

The target market will not focus only on exclusive high-end clients, but on the contrary it will try to be as broad as possible to promote diversity and inclusiveness.

All the residential properties will be offered to the community pool, when not in use by the owner, so they can be rented throughout the year and help promote sharing and rotation.

The developers group will look at using the resources of the area primarily in a sustainable way (vegetation, materials, water, energy, recycling, etc.). The community will adopt a system in which interiors and exteriors maintain coherence and consistency with each other and with the whole.

It will be a place with multiple centers and uses, where the attraction is to travel, explore and discover multiple points of interest in all its extension. These activities and uses could also vary with the seasons.
